Residential Zones FEEDBACK by FRIDAY 25th April

Councils need to decide how they apply the State Government’s  new Residential Zones. Yarra and Port Phillip plan significant proportions of ‘Neighbourhood Residential’, up to 90 per cent. Moonee Valley has recommended Flemington be rezoned Neighbourhood Residential (limited growth) City of Melbourne officers  recommended Kensington be rezoned General Residential (moderate growth), nothing is listed as Neighbourhood Residential. Wheel Women Door Prize April Meeting popular

The door prize from Kensingtonite Tina McCarthy of Wheel Women (1 hour Private Lesson for one and buddy) valued at $120 was a popular one at the April meeting.
