Seeing Eye Dogs Australia

'Giving the gift of independence to Australians who are blind'

Seeing Eye Dogs Australia is a not-for-profit organization, which breeds and trains Seeing Eye Dogs for people who are blind or vision impaired.  Dogs and services are free of charge thanks to the generosity of the public through donations and sponsorships and our many valued volunteers.

Our volunteer Puppy Carers love and nurture our pups, teaching them basic obedience and good manners and above all socialize them to the world. Carers are paramount to the success of our dogs as Seeing Eye Dogs.

Ever thought of sponsoring a puppy to become the ‘eyes’ of an Australian who is blind or vision impaired?  Your sponsored puppy will write to you and share all the joys and fun stories as it strives to become a Seeing Eye Dog. For as little as $20 per month (tax deductible) you can share this journey.
