Kensington Association AGM 4/8/08 Apologies: Tony Dare Chairperson Richard Reilly welcomed members to the AGM Community Connections Manager Phil Coyne addressed the meeting on his role as the local Community Connections Manager for the City of Richard thanked Phil for his presentation. Minutes of the 2007 AGM Minutes That the minutes of the 2007 Annual General Meeting be adopted. Moved Geoff Cox Sec Therese Fitzgerald Carried Unanimously Chairpersons and Secretaries Reports Richard and David reported on the key issues for the Association Finance Report Richard reported on behalf of Tony Dare who is on holidays. Other Business Kensington Estate Stage 6 That local member Bronwyn Pike be requested to take up the failure of Becton to provide adequate visitor car-parking within the proposed stage 6 of the Kensington estate redevelopment. Moved Geoff Cox Seconded Matt Holland Apartment That the Councillors be requested to call in the application as it clearly represents an over-development on the block and lacks sufficient car-parking.
